About TCCC Staff:

Our staff members are highly dedicated professionals who understand that the importance of each child’s well being is their first priority. Staff members are selected based on their education, experience and their natural ability to nurture children as they learn. TCCC staff members respect the individuality of each child and implement educational and creative programs that give every child in their care an opportunity to succeed from the Infant classroom through the Kindergarten classroom.

About TCCC Management Team:

The TCCC Management Team consists of: A full time Center Director and a part time Assistant Director at each site; a full time Associate Director at the McLean location (due to the number of children enrolled) and an Executive Director, who provides general child expertise and management oversight in all areas of TCCC Center operations for both locations. TCCC is governed by an involved Board of Directors who support the Management team in their Commitment to Care as needed by serving on committees to include but are not limited to: Legal, Communications, Human Resources, Finance, Fundraising and Social. TCCC Management and TCCC Board of Directors work together to ensure that high quality childcare is the focus for the children entrusted to our care.

TCCC also employs a full time Office Manager who is part of the Management Team and who supports all of the financial functions of the Center, allowing the Directors to focus on the children, staff and exceptional programming that our families have come to expect.
